All applications will be screened for a genuine interest in a sales career.]   Schedule of the Assessment and Sales Training Day   Our assessment day is designed to help you demostrate your best self to us and our clients so we can identify if you have the personality, character and potential to be selected to get interviews and hopefully a sales job at some of the fastest growing technology companies in the world.    9:30 pm until 1pm   Introduction from CEO, Clients and Team   Elaine Tyler, CEO and Founder of Venatrix Introduction from some of UK's top technology sales leaders will be in the room    Uber Pitch   2 minute elevator pitch from all attendees - (who are you?, what are your great at?, what is your story?, why sales? why the technology industry?)   Group Exercise Discussion   In groups of approx. 5 people you will be given a task, you will then be required to pitch this to us. Group Exercise Presentations, Each individual in the team will pitch   Lunch & Networking   Nominate your top 3 future sales leaders, network and exchange contact details.   Venatrix Sales Training Workshops (Successful candidates only)   As part of the afternoon sessions you will gain knowledge through interactions with our consultants to help you improve your knowledge and skills and prepare you for interviews at fast growth tech companies.   13pm until 1pm    Things you will learn include:   Why a role in sales technology is so exciting How to highlight a positive story, structure of your pitch (Intro, body, Outro), Using effective breathing, tonality and body language Self-Awareness, generating positive energy and reducing anxiety and nerves, managing eye contact, delivering a strong handshake, The importance of visualisation and positive self-talk How to leverage your network and take advantage of Linkedin The importance of generating referrals Interview techniques & turning up with confidence, having goals and dreams How to prepare, How to ask questions, How to answer questions, How you should dress, Do's and Don'ts, Realistic goals How to land a sales graduate job at some of the fastest growing technology companies in the world During the afternoon; Individuals will be invited to do one-to-one interviews with Venatrix Talent Executives  Successful Candidates Selected by Venatrix will be given Specific Interview preparation for specific job opportunities and interviews will be confirmed and booked For more information go to  or call us on 0203 805 3350
