How to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and the signals that are personal to you and reveal those tell-tale signs you may be missing. Advanced strategies during times of stress when you don't feel like being grateful or can’t get to a mountain top to meditate to get out of it! Improved physical health and mental well-being. Methods to defuse stress and anxiety in seconds. Ways to make your brain younger and increase your mental performance. This one day workshop is designed to provide you with an opportunity to understand the what, how and why's related to stress. You will learn and experience how relaxation strategies and de-stressing techniques can benefit your health and well-being and that you don’t have to have absolute solitude and silence. The techniques you will learn will be relevant to anyone who is human and you will be able to use them anytime, anywhere.       FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Minimum age is 18yrs and above. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is free for all attendees of the workshop, registration of your vehicle needs to be done at reception upon arrival.  What can I bring into the event? There will be coffee and refreshments available in the breaks. Food and drink can be purchased on site in the restaurant and cafe or you can bring your own lunch.
