      Simulation - Coroner's Inquest Course - What to do when things go wrong...

      Staff experience, a variety of complex challenges when dealing with difficult clinical situations and sometimes these incidents can end up in Coroner’s Court. Developed following review of local Serious Incidents (SI’s), this course aims to improve staff skills and knowledge to manage these challenging situations. The course includes challenging simulation, duty of candour/breaking bad news simulation, note and statement writing, root cause analysis and simulated coroner’s court inquest.
