      Meditation for Beginners COURSE with David Ford EVERY TUE | 19:00 - 20:30 | 5 MAR - 14 MAY /ABOUTJust as the title suggests this is a course for people interested in Buddhist meditation who have little or no experience of meditation or buddhist meditation before. Best taken a series of classes so that your learning and experience gradually build up over time, you can also attend on a drop in basis. All welcome /FACILITATORDavid Ford is a very experienced meditator in the Jamyang communities and is highly skilled in advising on how to set up and maintain a daily practice. Outside of meditation he is a keen gardener and very actively engaged with the Royal Horticultural Society. /BOOKING INFOAll Welcome! Suggested donation £10 a session  No-one will be turned away due the lack of funds  Dharma teachings run on a 'Generosity model', completely on voluntary donations. By donating you will help create the conditions for the teachings to be available, the meals to be served, accommodations to be clean, for the doors to be open and the lights on. Therefore people of any faith or background are welcome. Booking is not mandatory but highly recommended it because Jamyang can give you a better service
