Girls, Gangs and County Lines: working effectively with young women experiencing criminal exploitation For professionals who may work with young women affected by these issues, or have experience in working with vulnerable adolescents Abianda is part of a pan-London MOPAC funded project bringing together boroughs and service delivery organisations, to develop and deliver a support service for young people who are vulnerable and caught up in county lines drug distribution networks.
