Exploring Change & Uncertainty, Group Workshop At The Dugdale Centre.

New Beginnings Workshops. How do we deal with change, whether it is in our private lives or professional lives? Change is never easy, No matter how young or old we are, when we face a changing situation it is achallenge in itself. It is the end of something, and uncertainty creeps in to our minds over the start ofthe next stage. How will we cope? Are we up to the challenge? Yet it is also an opportunity – anopportunity to move on, to develop, to grow, and to learn more about ourselves, to challengeourselves, to not succumb, to rise and respond. Whether change comes about through change in our home circumstances, or through a return to work after a time away, or through being made redundant, it is important to ensure that we are ready for the changes that lie ahead. We have to stop, reflect and evaluate, but also to discover the inner strength to accept the challenge of change.
