      Maria Smith, Studio Weave
      Maria co-founded Studio Weave with Je Ahn in 2006. Described as ‘Britain’s most promising young architects’, the practice has received several accolades for their socially aware and gloriously idiosyncratic structures, inckuding a 2012 Civic Trust Award for ‘The Longest Bench’, 2013 RIBA Award for ‘Ecology of Colour’ and the 2013 AR+D Emerging Architecture Award for Great Ormond Street Hospital’s ‘Lullalby Factory’. 

      Kate McCann, The Guardian
      Kate McCann is deputy editor of the Guardian’s Women in Leadership section, which seeks to explore why there are so few women at the top and how we can turn things around. She previously covered housing and local government and is particularly interested in planning policy, housing and welfare. Kate has advised housing and local government professionals on social media, community building and online presence. 

      Diane Hart & Jehan Weerasinghe, London & Quadrant Housing Trust
      Diane is Group Director of Neighbourhoods and Jehan Weerasinghe is Assistant Director, North Neighbourhood at London & Quadrant Housing Trust, a multi award-winning housing association providing high quality, affordable homes. Collectively they have over a quarter of a century of leadership experience and are passionate advocates of diversity with an unfailing commitment to customer service for one of the largest housing associations in London.

      Roma Agrawal, WSP Group
      Roma is an award-winning Associate Structural Engineer at WSP and has designed bridges, skyscrapers and sculptures over an eight year career, most notably working on The Shard. Outside work, Roma promotes scientific and technical careers to young people as well as engaging institutions and Government to understand and develop a better way forward for the next generation of construction sector professionals. 



      Think of this as a group speed date without the romance. This is your chance to quiz professionals (and perhaps future colleagues and collaborators) working in architecture, sustainability, project and cost management as well as structural, MEP, and building services engineering.
