Accessibility discussion for artists + musicians

This is an opportunity for artists and musicians with access requirements to share their experiences and ideas for accessibility within the music industry.  Hosted by Attitude is Everything's Next Stage initiative, which supports the music industry to be more inclusive to artists, this session will be an informal discussion around the barriers that are currently slowing down or stopping the development of disabled artists. Topics we may discuss: finding accessible rehearsal spaces sharing requirements with promoters navigating networking preparing a funding application speaking out and supporting other artists  If you're making or performing music and have an impairment or long term health condition, we would love to hear from you. You do not have to identify as disabled. We will be joined by critically acclaimed US artist Gaelynn Lea, who will be performing at DIY Space For London later on that day as part of her UK tour.  The discussion will be conducted in a group, chaired by a member of the team from Attitude is Everything. If you would like to know more about the format of the session, please contact us via the details below.  If you will require a BSL interpreter for this event, please let us by midday on Monday 16th September and we will do everything we can to arrange this for you. FAQs How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
