      County Lines – Film training resource screening and Q+A with writer and director Henry Blake

      About the film 14 year old Tyler Hughes is sent to a small coastal town to sell Class A drugs. Alone and unprotected, he finds himself trapped in a series of complex and high-risk situations with some of the UK's most dangerous adults. The short film highlights the growing national crisis of 'County Lines' and the serious threat it poses to Britain's children. Writer/director Henry Blake has been working with survivors of this phenomenon for a number of years and the film is inspired by the stories he has come across. The event On 12 February 2019 Henry Blake will deliver two screenings of the film and post-screening presentations with analysis of the film’s characters and themes. He will discuss his frontline experience of working with young people involved in County Lines and can offer support and professional guidance to those affected by the issue.
